  • Vogue, vintage and British Heritage are my three biggest style inspirations.

Living in Paris where women play it surprisingly safe colours wise, I have kept my head high while I rock the pastels, prints and of course tweed; all of which are outrageous for the French. I like to wear Barbours with ball gowns, anything high waisted and lots and lots of chiffon. Actually I would say that over half of my wardrobe is chiffon.

I do not own a single pair of trousers - ladies should be ladies. //

Why is it that during winter I absolutely cannot wait to be able to wear a dress without tights and all I want is a tan, but as soon as it gets midway through August I am so excited for Autumn/Winter I can hardly contain myself?  There is no doubt about it - winter is so much better for fashion.  Bring on the big hats and boots!

My new L K Bennett bag - until this weekend I have only had a pink handbag with me in London which bascally ruled out red lipstick entirely for day wear.  This weekend I have eliminated this problem by buying this beauty!

I wore this out on Wednesday night to Jalouse for a Martini and Prosecco promotion party. Skirt = Lipsy, Top = Topshop, Collar = Miss Selfridge.  Hair tied up scruffily in a flurescent pink clip

This is my new jubilee outfit - matching shorts and blazer.  I love the print because it is covered in castles and horses and other English things.  It is my favourite thing at the moment I just want to wear it all the time! And its from River Island…shhhhh
